Established in 2009, Pera Inc. (also known as Pera Logistics Inc.) is a Woman-Owned Small Business (WOSB) offering Professional Services and Logistics Support Services to Federal, State and Local Governments and Commercial Clients.

Ms. Muge Karslioglu, Founder and CEO
Ms. Muge Karslioglu brings over 20+ years’ experience in executive leadership, operations management and professional consulting services. She is heavily involved in U.S. federal contracting and providing business development consulting to small and medium sized companies around the world. She has spearheaded business development activities for many U.S. companies, winning contracts at a cumulative value of nearly one billion dollars.
From 2003 – 2013, Ms. Karslioglu played a key role in the development of strategic domestic and international business alliances with emphasis on expanding a business presence in Iraq and Afghanistan with a focus on revenue growth. Ms. Karslioglu was instrumental in winning and managing work for the federal government that included but it was not limited to, Department of State, Department of Army, Joint Contracting Command - Iraq/Afghanistan (JCC-I/A) and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers. From 2013 – 2015, she supported a small-businesses in winning and operating Warehouse and Distribution Operations and Stevedoring contracts for the Defense Logistics Agency and U.S. Transportation Command in CONUS and OCONUS environments.
Ms. Karslioglu’s brings dynamic direction and creative vision to transform businesses to support business goals of growth and capacity expansion. Ms. Karslioglu brings expertise in turnkey logistics operations, including expeditionary logistics, procurement and emergency management; information technology (cloud, cyber, IT operations), healthcare services, construction services, facility management and administrative services.
