GSA MAS Services
We help companies get on the GSA Multiple Award Schedule and keep their contracts compliant and growing, from the first offer through modifications and reporting.
Service Overview
The GSA Multiple Award Schedule (MAS) is GSA's largest governmentwide contract vehicle, and it accepts new offers year-round. A MAS contract lets federal buyers, and for eligible SINs state and local governments, purchase your products and services at pre-negotiated prices.
Getting on MAS takes careful work: choosing the right SINs, entering narratives directly in eOffer, and pricing that GSA can find fair and reasonable, followed by a review that can take anywhere from about a month to several months. Staying on it takes ongoing work too: modifications, reporting, and keeping up with solicitation refreshes.
From First Offer to Long-Term Contract Management
We prepare new offers, rebuild offers after a rejection, and manage MAS contracts after award. Once we have your information, we can prepare and submit a complete offer in about a week, built against the current solicitation so it doesn't stall in review.
How We Help
New MAS Offers
From SIN selection to eOffer submission, we build complete offers designed to get through GSA's review without surprises.
- SIN and NAICS selection, including your business size for the offer
- Corporate Experience, Quality Control, and Relevant Project Experience narratives
- Price proposal template and pricing support
- Pre-submission compliance review against the current solicitation refresh
Resubmissions After Rejection
A rejection closes the offer, but it isn't the end. We find the real reason and rebuild the offer to answer every finding.
- Rejection letter analysis and contracting officer outreach
- The required response letter addressing each rejection point
- A rebuilt offer under the current solicitation refresh
Contract Modifications
Keep your contract current as your business changes.
- Adding or removing SINs, labor categories, and products
- Pricing modifications, including economic price adjustments
- Mass modification reviews and acceptance
Contract Administration
Stay compliant and visible to buyers after award.
- Sales and Transactional Data Reporting
- FCP catalog loads: baselines, Product Files and Services Plus Files
- Solicitation refresh reviews and compliance monitoring
- Streamlined offers for contracts nearing expiration
Who We Help
Our GSA MAS work usually starts in one of three places:
- Companies new to federal contracting that want to be on contract with agencies across the government
- Companies whose offer was rejected and need to find the real reason before resubmitting
- Current MAS contractors who need modifications, reporting support, or a streamlined offer before their contract expires. GSA advises starting about 24 months ahead.
Not sure where you stand? A short call is usually enough to tell what's ready, what's missing, and how long it will realistically take.
