About Kurt
Kurt Karslioglu is Director of Sales at Pera Inc., a Woman-Owned Small Business based in Orlando, Florida. He works directly with small businesses pursuing federal contract vehicles, from their first GSA Schedule offer through large multiple-award IDIQ competitions.
His work spans GSA MAS new offers, resubmissions after rejection, and post-award contract administration, as well as OASIS+ qualification packages, where his clients have a 100% win rate across more than 30 submissions. He also supports federal construction MATOC and MACC pursuits and defense IDIQ proposals.
Kurt builds much of the automation behind Pera's proposal process, including document generators and compliance tools, which lets the team spend its time on strategy and the details that decide awards.
